| Shaukat Warraich, Chief Executive
Shaukat has held a number of leadership positions in the commercial and charitable sectors helping to increase performance and sustainability. As Chief Executive of Faith Associates Shaukat has developed a pioneering organisation which has developed engagement and capacity building programmes for the ethnic minorities and faith based communities.

| Dr Mohammed Ayub, Senior Associate
A trained engineer, Dr Ayub is responsible for delivering our capacity building work in Mosques and Madrassahs around the UK.

| Steve Suckling, Senior Associate
Steve has a proven background of translating ideas into policy and practice with a particular emphasis on education policy development, piloting and implementation. Over fifteen years of client focused programme, project and product leadership with management and delivery experience gained in the public, private and third sectors. |
| Yaser Mir, Senior Associate
Yaser is a highly experienced social researcher, manager and senior specialist on all aspects of community engagement. Yaser has taken leading roles in major community engagement programmes across England working with disadvantaged and Black and minority ethnic communities on some of the most difficult issues that can affect communities. These include community needs and public service provision around issues of drugs use, mental health, regeneration, crime and offending.

| Dr Sarah Abbas
Sarah, a graduate from Cardiff University in Medicine and a leading community advocate and women’s empowerment expert is the co-founder of ‘Fidelity’ a group which tackles issues such as women’s underachievement, women’s isolation, health, relationship and domestic violence issues.

| Pam Griffin
With over 30 years experience in youth and community work, nine of these as a head of service in Oldham Pam is a former Chair of the Association of Principal Youth and Community Officers.

| Dr Mahmoun Mobayed
Dr Mobayed worked as a psychiatric specialist in Dublin, Ireland, from 1981 to 1990. Since 1990, he has worked as a Psychiatrist with Belfast Health Trust, Northern Ireland. He is an honorary lecturer at Queens University, Belfast. He has published a number of research papers on psychiatry, and several papers in Arabic on different cultural issues. Dr Mobayed leads on delivering Faith Associates Islamic education and skills development training.

| Mohammed Masood
Masood Lone has over 20 year of equalities, social inclusion and policy planning experience at a senior level within local government. Masood has devised and developed guidance on Impact Assessments, incorporating social cohesion dimensions.
